Revision 1 4/5/24 Updated DESCRIPTON OF REQUIREMENT to "INSTALLATION OF GOVERNMENT FURNISHED CARPET AS REQUIRED FOR GOVERNMENT QUARTERS LOCATED IN ASTORIA, OR IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK." This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
