This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The solicitation number is 70Z02925QNEWO0097 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Construction are included in this order and are applicable.

In accordance with FAR Part 36, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR Part 36. Where the word "offer/offeror" or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to "quote/quoter" or a derivative of that word. This is a small business set aside, the applicable NAICS code is 238220 and PSC code is Z2ND This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the offeror under Best Value.

Offerors must actively be registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov The USCG Station New Orleans has a requirement for the vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the following:

Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials for the installation of a new sewage pump to replace malfuntioning sewage pump ( to be refered to as number 2 pump) Replacement pump must match output and performance of functioning pump (number one sewage pump). Replacement pump must connect to exisiting piping and connections at Coast Guard Station New Orleans. Diagnose issues with float switches and relays that maybe causing the lead/lag system to malfunction.

Inspect wiring, connections, and relays to identify faults. Check the float switches to ensure they are properly adjusted and functioning. Verify relay operation and proper sequencing in the lead/lag system. Perform continuity tests, voltage checks, and review control logic for proper operation. Make any repairs as necessary to restore proper system operation. Please note that a site visit is recommended to determine brand and specifications of existing pumps. Please review Statement of Work for detailed information.

Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
