This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to perform roof repairs at the armory building in Houston, TX. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work. A Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business.
