This is a combined synopsis/solicitation provide all equipment, personnel, and safety equipment necessary to perform chemical analysis, properly contain, and remove an estimated 1500 gallons of 6% AFFF mixture from tank aboard CGC Pamlico; 160’ Coast Guard ship. This is for the United States Coast Guard. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work to become familiar with the required work. All work is to be completed in accordance with the statement of work.
This will be a firm-fixed priced service order awarded to the lowest bidder. This is set aside 100% for small business. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov. Submit quotes to Joel.S.Ivy@uscg.mil. In accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2), all responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
