USCG STATION PORT OCONNOR FUEL PIPING REPAIR

United States Coast Guard Station Port Oconnor, TX is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to renew the diesel fuel piping and all associated equipment to the 4,000-gallon steel above ground diesel and gasoline storage tank and to conduct a pressure test of the new fuel piping.

Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work shall take place at: United States Coast Guard Station Port O’Connor. 2307 B West Maple St. Port O’Connor TX, 77982 Period of Performance: The project shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after award date.

FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984). Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement.

This will be a firm-fixed construction purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder techincally accepted. This is set aside 100% for small business.
