Base Year: 01 September 2026 – 31 August 2027 Option Year 1: 01 September 2027 – 31 August 2028 Performance Location: USCG Coast Guard Station Marathon Housing, 57474 Gibson Street, Marathon, FL 33050 Scope of Work: The U.S. Coast Guard Base Miami Beach requires recurring tree care, landscaping, lawn maintenance and shrubbery maintenance services for Grassy Key Housing in Marathon, FL Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
