As Required: 4C #1/0 Copper Portable Power Cable to re-feed the North and South Docks.

Integration: Tie-in of new cabling to existing circuit breakers (previously feeding the North and South Docks) to power two (2) newly installed pedestals. Regulatory Authority & Justification Because this procurement is valued at $34,785.00, which falls below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), this sole-source action is conducted under the authority of:

FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) — Soliciting from a Single Source "Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available..." Bellingham Marine is the active on-site contractor executing the primary floating dock replacement. Performing this electrical work under the current work scope ensures a seamless structural and utility integration, avoiding divided operational liability between separate vendors. ?
