USCG Base Portsmouth Command Door Replacement

Furnish all labor, equipment and material Demo and dispose of existing doors and frame, Furnish and install one pair of 3'0" x 6'8" black storefront doors with frame and two sidelights, medium 10 in bottom rail Doors to have standard push pull hardware and dead latch, surface closers and 1/4" clear tempered safety glass. Sidelights to have same glass. See attached Statement of Work.

It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238350 Finish Carpentry Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for submission instructions & FAR 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 10:00AM Eastern Time on 08/21/2026 via email to Jamie.C.Bridges@uscg.mil and Frank.R.Burton@uscg.mil.

Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed above no later than 08/18/26 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 08/17/26 at 10:00AM Eastern Time.
