11-SEP-2026: Question 1 - Can you verify the delivery address for the requested item?  Answer - 1 Munro Ave, Cape May, NJ 08204. attn: CGC LAWRENCE LAWSON

                        Question 2 - Could you confirm the required quotation submission method and destination, including whether quotations should be submitted by email, SAM.gov, or another portal?  Answer - quotes/proposals shall be submitted via email to the primary POC of this solicitation. The SF-1449 has been posted to the attachments section to be included with the proposals. 

8-SEP-2026: Question 1 - What evaluation methodology will be used for award?   Answer - Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable

                      Question  2 - What is the required delivery date, and what is the exact receiving address at Training Center Cape May?   Answer - October 15th is the date requested by the government.

                      Question 3 - Are gasoline, diesel, and electric UTVs all acceptable, provided the vehicle meets the stated technical specifications?   Answer  -  Gasoline is required.

                      Question 4 - Regarding the requirement for a black exterior color, does the Coast Guard require a fully black OEM body color, or would a predominantly black/two-tone black OEM configuration be acceptable?  Answer - Color options: (1) solid black, or (2) black combined with one secondary color in a muted or subdued tone. No bright, bold, or high-saturation accent colors.

                      Question 5 - Are dealer-installed OEM side mirrors and an OEM/manufacturer-approved winch acceptable, or must these components be factory installed?  Answer - Either is acceptable. 

                      Question 6 - What country-of-origin requirements apply to the UTV offered under this solicitation? Answer - FAR part 52.225-1 applies to this purchase.

3-SEP-2026: Question 1 - Could you please confirm the required number of passengers/seating capacity for the UTV so that our supplier can provide an accurate quote?             Answer 1  - Seating capacity is four (4) people.

                      Question 2 - Could you confirm engine "cc" size?     Answer 2 - The Government only requires a standard/baseline engine size typically offered for a commercial four-seat UTV.  No specific engine displacement or horsepower is required.

Contractors are requested to provide quotes for  01 Each Utility Terrain Vehicle as described in the Specification Document in the attachments section. A detailed description of the function and form requested is available for contractors to review and any follow up questions can be sent to the contracting officer listed on the SF-1449 form via email.
