Coast Guard Credentialing Opportunities On-line (CG COOL) Support Services

The Formal Contracts Division (CG-9121) of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Contract Operations intends to solicit for procurement of services to support the USCG Force Readiness Command Career Investment (FC-CI) division. The purpose of the resulting task order will be to support an existing self-assessment application called “Coast Guard Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (CG COOL)” as detailed in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) - provided with this announcement.

Solutions for Information Design (SOLID), LLC of Fairfax Station, VA (http://www.solidinfodesign.com/) developed COOL for the Department of Defense (DoD). Subject to the results of its market research, USCG intends to solicit SOLID for services to maintain and upgrade CG COOL on a sole source basis. This procurement is published in the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS) as record number F2024065747 – Improve and Support CG COOL. This notice provides a draft PWS.
