Notice of Intent to Conduct Sole Source Action with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. Soliciting from a single source (including brand name), as defined in FAR 2.101. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain services to update Information Technology system components including proprietary software, to improve technical capabilities of the Iceberg Analysis and Prediction System of the U. S. Coast Guard International Ice Patrol (IIP). The USCG intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract to:
