U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector Genera is conducting market research to identify interested vendors, and to understand capabilities related to providing the following requirement: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG), has an upcoming requirement for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist OIG in reviews of the U.S. Secret Service protective operations including the use of counter snipers.
