The Government reserves the right toaward without discussion; therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms in their initial quote. For compliance, all quotes shall include the following:

1.Technical Quote: Shall include the specifications (including color and layout) for the proposed items. Shall include a picture of the actual portable restroom trailer at Area 2 (inside and outside); A “stock” or “catalog” image is not acceptable. Shall include a janitorial service plan.

2.Price Quote: Attachment 1- Price Sheet
