2/26/2024 - Answers to Questions posted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0924R70094189 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a new black NEW full-size, 7 passenger, AWD SUV four-year lease.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 effective December 22, 2023. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532112. The anticipated delivery date will be 60 days from award.
