Notice of Intent to Sole Source training from the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the purchase of a license to use the 9/11 Memorial and Museum Virtual Training Program video made for the TSA. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to:

National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center 200 Liberty ST FL 16 New York, NY 10281-1116 This contract will address the requirements of TSA's Training and Development (T&D) pertaining to new hire training across the TSA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
