LE-FAMS Tactical Gear/Equipment (Brand Name) Amendment 0001

The purpose of this edit is to issue Amendment 0001 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 70T05024Q6115N010.

Amendment 0001 provides the following changes: 1. Incorporate a revised Statement of Work (see changes in red) via Attachment A - SOW FldOps Gear Amd 1 2. Provide a revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 70T05024Q6115N010 incorporating omitted clauses. 3. Provide Government answers to vendor questions.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program).

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/request for quotes being requested from 8(a) Program Participants only with the technical requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) for this acquisition is 315990 - Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing. The apparent awardee shall be considered responsible as defined within the meaning of FAR part 9.104-1.

Quoter's must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for delivery order award. Quoters are to provide a Firm Fixed Price quote to Contracting Officer, Chantay Lynch via email at Chantay.Lynch@tsa.dhs.gov and include a per item breakdown via the attached Pricing Schedule. Quotations shall be submitted on a Firm Unit Price basis. Quoters are encouraged to use additional discounts.

The RFQ is being solicited using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process to 8(a) Program Participants.

The instructions included will be evaluated on the following dates associated with this requirement: Date Event 09/19/2024 Questions Due by 5:00 PM EST 09/23/2024 Quotes Due by 12:00 PM EST You are requested to review the information contained in the enclosed notice and provide the requested quote no later than 12:00 PM EST September 23, 2024. Errors, Discrepancies, or Ambiguities If an Offeror believes that the requirements in this solicitation contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the Offeror shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing with supporting rationale.

Offerors are reminded that TSA reserves the right to award a Purchase Order for this requirement based on the initial quotes without discussions. The Transportation Security Administration, Law Enforcement Federal Air Marshal Services (LE-FAMS) has a requirement to establish a Purchase Order for LE-FAMS FldOps Tactical Gear/Equipment under a brand name basis – See JA-2024-05-1144 for additional information.

All prices shall be inserted into Attachment B – Schedule of Supplies (both tabs base and option) and provided as a submission. ** The TSA is exempt from sales tax. TSA’s FEIN # 80-0038 **
