Procurement of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Extension Offerors shall submit proposals via email to Siobhan Mullen at Siobhan.Mullen@tsa.dhs.gov with a copy to Joseph Furtek at joseph.furtek@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 2PM ET on September 26, 2025. See attached RFQ for additional details.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The purpose of this requirement is to procure Brand Name Dassault Systemes' Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) commercial products, to include Cameo Systems Modeler and the associated plugins and tools. The brand name Justification is an attachment to this solicitation as is the SF 1449 and the Request for Quote which includes the CLIN Schedule and the required FAR and HSAM clauses.
