USCIS is seeking market research for contractor support to provide Online Privacy and Protection Program (OP3) services that protect employees and their families from doxxing and other online threats. The contractor will identify, remove, and monitor personally identifiable information (PII) across the public internet, social media, deep web, and dark web. Services include proactive PII removal, incident response, threat monitoring, and digital forensic searches to reduce the risk and impact of online harassment and exposure. Support will be scalable to approximately 22,000 USCIS employees and include one year of continuous monitoring for each enrolled individual.
Key Requirements: Proactive removal of employee PII from online sources. Reactive response to doxxing incidents and exposed personal information. Continuous monitoring of internet, social media, deep web, and dark web sources. Digital forensic searches to identify threats and malicious activity. Protection of USCIS employees and their families from internet-based threats. Scalable support for approximately 22,000 USCIS personnel. One-year monitoring and protection period per enrolled individual.
