Sole Source Justification Actus Purchase Card Management

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Contracting, proposes to award a delivery/task order or modify an existing delivery/task order on behalf of the Office of Chief Financial Officer, pursuant to the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) General Services Administration Manual/Regulation RFO GSAM/R 538, Only One Source.

This will be awarded as a firm fixed price task order which shall provide U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) with purchase card approval, management software, and services that is FedRAMP certified.

The Quality Services Management Office (QSMO) under the Department of Treasury was authorized to establish inter-agency standards and priorities for shared services and create a marketplace for agencies to acquire tools and services for financial management (FM). Federal Agency customers can acquire FM solutions and services from commercial vendors through General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Special Item Number (SIN) 54151ECOM.
