This RFI does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Health Security (OHS) will take procurement action in this matter. Further, the Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in furnishing this information. DHS OHS is seeking information from organizations representing county and city health officials to collaborate with DHS and strengthen public health preparedness policy.
