NOTICE OF AWARD SINGLE SOURCE FOR MICROSOFT INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS DELIVERY

Per FAR 5.705(b), this contract action was awarded other than fixed price and non-competitively to a single source, Microsoft Corporation. Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD), formerly Microsoft Consulting Services, provides access to Microsoft subject matter specialists, and the global partner network. Through delivery by highly skilled consultants who work closely with the organization, these resources will effectively minimize risk in deployment and configuration management of Microsoft technologies.

Pursuant to 16.602, this contract is awarded as a Labor Hour (LH) type contract because it is not possible at the time of award to estimate accurately the extent or duration of the work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence due to the large footprint of Microsoft products across the DHS enterprise.
