The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Federal Protective Service (FPS) is issuing this competitive request for quotes (RFQ) to solicit offers for the purpose of awarding a contract for Video Surveillance System (VSS) installation, upgrade, and removal of existing system at J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building located at 844 N. King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material,management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, licenses and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
