Amendment 0002 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Public safety shields for LEOs

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to address questions regarding RFQ #70RFP324QE3000008 (See Page 21). This amendment also adjusts Sections ‘2.1 & 2.2’ to clarify that all shields must be delivered as fully assembled. The delivery terms in Section '4.0' are also hereby updated from 60 to 30 days ARO. Vendors must include a delivery schedule in the quotation in accordance with Section 4.0 of this solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this single & only annoucment. The solicitation number is 70RFP324QE3000008 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation is under NAICS 332999. Please see the attached documents for detailed requirement information. The government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order in result of this post. The deadline for quotes is Monday April 8, 2024 @ 1600 ET. All submissions shall be submitted electronically to Ryan Fitzpatrick (ryan.t.fitzpatrick@fps.dhs.gov) with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions will be accepted.
