Transport Network Research Service and Data Center Database

This is a notice of intent is to solicit and award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106 -1(b)(1)(i) “Only one source reasonably available”.

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Chief of Contracting Office (COCO) on behalf of the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) hereby issues this notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Primetrica, Inc., located at 1 Thomas CIR, STE 360, Washington, DC 20005. CISA will utilize the Transport Network Research Service and Data Center Database for a variety of different use cases.

Database access to Transport Network Research Service shall provide data and analysis for long-haul networks and the undersea cable market including supply and demand, country profiles, carriers, pricing analysis. Additionally, Data Center Database is required which includes a comprehensive online guide to global data center capacity, service providers, and pricing trends and sites around the world.
