In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Set-Aside Requirement This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price award as a result of this solicitation.

Scope of Work: The Physical Techniques Division requires the procurement of newly manufactured, commercial-grade selectorized fulcrum bench press machine for use in standardized physical fitness testing and training. The machine must ensure consistent, repeatable motion and allow for precise resistance adjustments in accordance with official testing protocols.

Evaluation for Award The Government will award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation.

The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical acceptance, and delivery of the item offered to meet the Government’s requirement. Offeror Attachments (Shall be returned as part of your quote to be considered acceptable). In addition to providing pricing, Offeror shall include certain non-pricing information as document(s) attached to their quote, so they are received no later than the closing date and time of this RFQ.

Attachment(s) can total no more than 20 MB, whether multiple files, or one file, and may be zipped to decrease their size. An Offeror's failure to comply with these terms may result in its quote being determined incomplete and shall not be evaluated.

Items to Return: 1-Vendor must return this signed RFQ with Technical Exhibit 1: Evaluation and Submission Sheet completed below. Vendor must complete the columns for UNIT PRICE and EXTENDED PRICE for 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004.
