Request for Information: Leadership Competencies Training

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region 7 is requesting information on training to educate and train FEMA Region 7 employees and supervisors in the nine Department of Homeland Security core professional competencies; accountability, conflict management, developing others, influencing and negotiating, interpersonal skills, oral communication, and political savvy specified as common to professional development and career progression.

This RFI is issued solely for information gathering purposes to identify sources that can provide support for FEMA Region 7. Please see the attached RFI document and Statement of Objectives for more information.
