SOLICITATION This acquisition is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19 and a local area evaluation preference authority under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act. See FAR 26.2, Major Disaster or Emergency Assistance Activities.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for temporary mobile restroom trailer rental and cleaning services to be delivered to FEMA's DR-4559-LA Staging Area located at England Airfield, 24 N Bayou Rapides Rd, Alexandria, LA 71303. The evaluation factors stated herein support the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.
