The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) to potentially be awarded not later than 30 September 2024. DHS FEMA is seeking a licensed contractor with SCIF construction knowledge to modify an existing room. This area is approximately 20’x15’ in size with a pocket door wall to create two separate spaces within the vault. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and subcontractors to perform all necessary work to renovate the FEMA Region 1 vault located within the FEMA Region 1 Federal Response Center (FRC) Maynard, MA.
