COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE for RDS-32 WR Radiation Survey Meters Brand Name or Equal Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70FB8025Q00000017 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation, 70FB8025Q00000017, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Full and Open Competition for a Brand Name or Equal. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, effective August 7, 2025, and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulations (HSARS), effective December 26, 2024. (iv) This requirement is Full and Open Competition for a Brand Name or Equal.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing (Size Standard: 600 employees). The Product Service Code (PSC) is H358 – Inspection- Communication, Detection, and Coherent Radiation Equipment.

One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Quoters that fail to furnish information as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation provisions 52.212-1 or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation shall be excluded from consideration.
