The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:

Extended Phase I due date from February 1, 2024 at 12pm Eastern Standard Time to February 14, 2024 at 12pm Eastern Standard Time.

FEMA is issuing Amendment 0001 to the FEMA Tank and Pump Systems (TPS) solicitation. The opportunity for questions is closed. As a reminder, offerors who do not submitted a proposal under Phase I cannot submit a proposal for consideration for Phase II. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

Extended Phase I due date from January 30, 2024 at 12pm Eastern Standard Time to February 1, 2024 at 12pm Eastern Standard Time. Provide Phase I Solicitation Responses to Questions. Provide amended RFP Terms and Conditions that indicates changes to Section B.3; Section J; Section L.4 and Section L.5.5. Update Section J, Attachments to indicate the amended and additional attachments. The changes are noted within the Amendment 0001 attachments.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Tank and Pump Systems which is a Residential Fire Sprinkler System(s) (RFSS) that will provide a standardized water supply in all new Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs). The solicitation, 70FB8024R00000009, is being issued as a Request for Proposals to solicit Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanity as a Total Small Business Set Aside.
