Expired Meal Disposal - DC Hawaii

Amendment -02 is to provide Vendor Question and Answer 01, Extend Offer Due Date/Time to 8/15/2025 12:00 PM ET and to Update the Solicitation accordingly. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Logistics Management Directorate has a requirement to dispose and the destruction of 1,493 tons of expired meals. FEMA needs to dispose of expired meals. FEMA is exercising the awarded fixed price contract vehicle to facilitate this requirement.
