Broadcasting equipment required for Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), FAR overhaul, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70FA5026Q00000007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for [Broadcasting equipment required for Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC); 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This contract is a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System - DPAS (DPAS (15 CFR 700) The contractor shall provide the requested products in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

Brand name requirements: MWEOC has standardized broadcast television systems to maintain parity with existing equipment, Mission Partner (MP) functions, and to meet the Government’s broadcast television, television control room automation, and control related computing requirements (increase security posture, and efficiency). Brand name is required; no substitutions in product or quantity.

Delivery shall be to Mount Weather Emergency Operations, 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135 Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Response times. All offers (Quotations) are due no later than Friday, July 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Offerors must include the company information, name, address, telephone number, UEI# with the response to this solicitation.
