2025 Ready Campaign

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to assist the government in determining the capabilities within industry that may be able to satisfy the governments requirement. Please see the attached questionnaire and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is not requesting offers, and any responses to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice received by the Government will not be accepted to form a binding contract.

This RFI/Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposal, and no award will be made as a result of this notice. DHS/FEMA intends to assess submittals in response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice; however, feedback may not be provided back to respondents. Capability Statements shall be submitted no later than 4:00pm ET, Friday, May 10 2023, to the recipients listed below.
