Micro Map Back Panels with SAPI Hydration Bladders

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70B03C26Q00000129, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Micro Map Back Panels with Agilite SAPI Hydration Bladders. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order.

This acquisition is full and open competition. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The objective of this SOW is to procure 355 (ea) Micro Map Back Panels and 355 (ea) Agilite SAPI Hydration Bladders for USBP agents at El Centro Station. USBP agents operate in remote, high-temperature environments and often conduct extended enforcement operations.

Current gear lacks sufficient modular storage and hydration capabilities, impacting agent safety, endurance, and operational effectiveness. The procurement of Micro Map Back Panels and Agilite SAPI Hydration Bladders will provide agents with improved hydration and modular storage solutions, ensuring readiness and safety during long shifts and challenging conditions. These items directly support DHS mission objectives of securing and managing borders and strengthening national preparedness and resilience.

All interested vendors shall provide a firm-fixed-price quote for all 355 (ea) Micro Map Back Panels and 355 (ea) Agilite SAPI Hydration Bladders before this contract opportunity notice closes, any quotes received after wil not be considered.
