U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, El Centro Sector requires one modular training facility, otherwise known as a non-lethal training ammunition shoot house, to conduct force-on-force, scenario-based training. Specifications include but are not limited to:
When fully assembled, the shoot house shall provide at least 2,400 square feet of training space with a minimum of 7 rooms with adjoining hallways. It shall contain multiple modular panels that will allow customizable configurations and be adaptable to specific training needs. Quick connections shall be used to assemble the shoot house. It shall be rated for indoor and outdoor use Complete specifications are provided in the Statement of Work within the attached RFQ.
The shoot house kit shall be delivered within 215 calendar days after receipt of order to the following address: U.S. Border Patrol El Centro Sector 293 W. Aten Rd. Imperial, CA 92251 Installation is not required. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is issued as a total small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 339999 - All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. The corresponding size standard is 550 employees.
It is anticipated that award will be made on or about September 15, 2025. No sustainable acquisition requirements have been identified. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the solicitation closing date. Interested vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
