Sasabe Forward Operating Base Trash Removal Services

August 27th amendment: Amendment #A0001 has been issued. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, Tucson Sector, requires trash removal services at its Sasabe Forward Operating Base located at: Sasabe Forward Operating Base 41455 S. Sasabe Road Sasabe, Arizona 85633 The period of performance includes a base period and four option years. The period of performance for each contract period is as follows:

09/01/27-08/31/28 Option Year 4: 09/01/28-08/31/29 This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is issued on an unrestricted basis. Quotations are due by August 28, 2024, by 4:00 p.m. PDT. Quotations shall be submitted by e-mail to the contracting officer, Eric Neckel, at eric.r.neckel@cbp.dhs.gov. Quoters shall include the following in the subject line of their e-mail: “RFQ #70B03C24Q00000342 – Sasabe FOB Trash Removal Services.” Quotations submitted by traditional mail will not be accepted.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the RFQ is attached to this notice. Instructions regarding the preparation and submission of quotations are provided in Section V.5.1 of the RFQ. Evaluation factors are provided in Section V.7 of the RFQ. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about September 10, 2024. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. No sustainable acquisition requirements have been identified.

In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the solicitation closing date. Interested vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
