US Customs and Border Protection CBP requires Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) services at the Summit Point Training Facility in Summit Point, West Virginia and intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Summit Point Training Facility for renewal of these services, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, where only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. *As owners of the property, Summit Point Raceway is the only responsible source capable of meeting CBP needs because they have access to the property and the authority to make repairs to those facilities; they have familiarity with the facilities and property; they have experience in performing such services under previous government contracts; they have the resources and staff on-site already to conduct the services. *The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210, Facilities Support Services. *The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Colonial Parking, Inc. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. An award shall be made to Summit Point Training Facility no later than 9/22/2025
