NSN 2540-01-599-4140, SEAT, VEHICULAR This material is being procured in accordance from CAGE (59AT1) JANKEL TACTICAL SYSTEMS LLC P/N:X000052 The required quantity is 71 each with a no quantity option to be shipped to DODAAC (W25G1U W1A8) NEW CUMBERLAND, PA with a required delivery of 182 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required. This solicitation is set as Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources.

This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item.[DRR(CDLAM1] However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
