Amendment 0002 – August 19, 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revision to the Statement of Work, and to extend the bid due date. Statement of Work, page 3, Item A Installations, New Air Conditioners - Equipment Room, Number 1: The HVAC unit is revised to AAON SB Series. Model # SB01620L000, or FAA-approved equal. Any unit submitted for approval must be American-made. The proposal due date is hereby changed from August 20, 2026; 3:00pm EDT to August 27, 2026; 3:00pm EDT.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Review the new information and all requirements in accordance with 697DCK-26-R-00330, Amendment 0001 and SA18 PROPOSAL CONTENT on page(s) 58-59 of the solicitation prior to submitting a bid/proposal. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS, Section 19 (page 2), must be completed and returned with your bid/proposal. The purpose of the addition is to provide responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding the subject matter project. One (1) document , titled RFIs - 697DCK-26-R-00330 - CDC ARSR HVAC Replacement, has been added. NO CHANGE to the proposal due date, August 20, 2026; 3:00pm EDT; and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Amendment 0001 – August 3, 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revision to the Statement of Work, and to extend the Request for Information (RFI) and bid due dates. The Statement of Work is amended as follows:
Page 3, Add - Item A Installations, New Air Conditioners, number 1: Add after “Provide and install” the following:
“ 2 each new 15 Ton Carrier Omnizone 50 XCR HVAC units or.” Any unit submitted for approval must be American Made. Page 4, Delete – “Externally insulate interior ductwork” Page 5, Change - Ceiling Tiles , change item 1, to read …replace all ceiling tile in with new tiles in the equipment room only, no tiles to be replaced in radio room.” Page 5, Clarification – LED Lighting: Replace all lights in both the equipment and the radio room.
The Request for Information (RFI) due date has been changed from August 4, 2026 to August 11, 2026; 2:00pm. Lastly, the proposal due date is hereby changed from August 13, 2026; 3:00pm EDT to August 20, 2026; 3:00pm EDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Review the new information and all requirements in accordance with SA18 PROPOSAL CONTENT on page(s) 58-59 of the solicitation prior to submitting a bid/proposal.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions-AAQ-570, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-26-R-00330, CDC ARSR HVAC Replacement, Cedar City UT, as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the Solicitation in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The selected Contractor will remove and properly dispose of the existing two (2) HVAC units and associated ducting, controls, and other related components; and provide and install two (2) new York 15-Ton Air-Cooled Self-Contained Packaged Air Conditioning Units (DSV180C2S5VDA3A00), or FAA approved equal, and all associated components. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is set-aside and offered to all small business concerns.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors - $19 Million. The estimated cost magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Projected Period of Performance for this project is approximately 60 calendar days. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s).

There is an optional site visit on July 30, 2026, at 10:00am. This is the only site visit that will be scheduled for the anticipated project; and no individual site visits will be permitted.

All Questions/Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to Marc.Lemay@faa.gov and Suzanne.T-CTR.Huggins@faa.gov no later than August 4, 2026; 2:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to allow sufficient time to respond. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
No questions concerning the project will be answered during the site visit unless the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Representative is present at the site visit: however, no changes are made to the SIR unless a written amendment is issued. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer.
The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding, or representation is expressly stated in the contract. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process.
Proposals must be received by email no later than August 13, 2026; 3:00 PM EDT to Marc.Lemay@faa.gov and Suzanne.T-CTR.Huggins@faa.gov When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request for Proposal (SIR/RFP), each offeror is required to submit a technical proposal AND a cost proposal in accordance with Clause SA18 – Proposal Content outlined in Section L, page(s) 58-59 of the Screening Information Request (SIR).
In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposal received after the due time and date of 3:00p.m. ET, August 13, 2026, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (website: www.sam.gov). This SIR/RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided.
