Amendment 07 The purpose of Amendment 07 is to hereby release the following two (2) Questions & Answers:

FIRST: The following questions were posed ahead of the proposal due date set for this Friday August 8th, 2025. Question posed: Going through the documents to submit our bid – under the insurance schedule – Wondering if it is a performance bond and a payment bond?

Answer: Performance and Payment bonds are not required. Question posed: Is material safety data sheet needed prior to bidding or only if we are awarded the bid? If it is needed at the time of bid submittal is it( MSDS) needed for the concrete?

Answer: The MSDS sheet would be a submittal after award.

SECOND: All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

Amendment 06 Purpose of amendment 06 is to hereby release the Question and Answer (Q&A) as described in the following:

FIRST: The Final Q&A entitled, "J-16_QA for ZMP Multiple Project_Final_7.31.2025" is hereby released.

SECOND: The proposal due date remains unchanged with a date of August 08, 2025, at Noon Central time.

THIRD: All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

Amendment 05 Purpose of amendment 05 is to release the second site visit sign-in sheet and photos of the site as described in the following:

FIRST: The second site visit was held on Monday, July 28th and the sign-in sheet (Sign-in Roster_28 July 2025) is hereby release for all perspective bidders.

SECOND: Due to photos not allowed at the site, the following photos have been released to all perspective bidders: 1. Concrete Curb Photos 2. Epoxy Boiler Room 3. Exterior Doors 4. Exterior Stairs and Concrete Work 5. Tower Lights

THIRD: All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

Amendment 04 Purpose of this modification is to offer an additional site visit and update the milestone dates as described in the following:

FIRST: A second site visit is being offered on July 28, 2025, at 9:00AM Central Time. Requests to attend are due by July 25, 2025 12:00PM Central Time. A real ID is required by all attendees and will be strictly enforced.

SECOND: Due to FIRST above, additional questions will be accepted and will be due on July 30th, 2025 at 12:00PM Central Time. Late questions will not be accepted.

THIRD: Due to FIRST and SECOND above, proposals will be due on August 8th, 2025 at 12:00PM Central Time. Late proposals will not be accepted after this time.

FOURTH: All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.

Multiple projects located at Air Route Traffic Control Center in Minneapolis, MN 512 Division Street, Farmington, MN 55024 ATTENTION: This overall project will consist of multiple projects at the same facility. Contractors can bid on all, one, or some of the line items found within the solicitation. Award or multiple awards will be made based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Projects are defined by the Contract Documents and consist of the following:

1. Replace Two (2) Chilled Water Flow Control Valves and One (1) Condenser Water Flow Control Valve.

2. Remove and replace Epoxy Floor in the Boiler Room.

3. Remove and replace four (4) exterior doors in Power Service Building and Maintenance Garage.

4. Demolish existing gas heaters and replace with ten (10) new gas unit heaters.

5. Remove and replace HU-380 Humidifier.

6. Remove and replace AHU-12 and AHU-13 Humidifiers.

7. Remove existing red-light and white strobe lights and replace with new dual LED lighting system.

8. Remove and replace power panels.

9. Remove and replace two (2) boiler vent stacks. 9a.
