The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to have the main entrance exterior concrete repaired/replaced at the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), located in Longmont, CO. The Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), and Wage Determination are attached to this announcement. All future amendments will be posted here. A one time, non-mandatory site visit will be held on Monday, May 19th, at 10am.

For vendors intersted in attending, you must send an email to Angela.Layman@faa.gov no later than May 15th by 4pm PT. Include in your email the name of attendee, company, email address, and phone number. Please note that all visitors to FAA facilities will be required to present a REAL ID-compliant, government-issued photo identification with a valid expiration date to gain entry.

Address for site visit is 2211 W. 17th Ave., Longmont, CO 80501 This is a competitive, unrestricted procurement under NAICS 238390 Questions relating to this RFP must be submitted to Angela.Layman@faa.gov by May 28th. All vendors must thoroughly review Section L of the RFP to ensure a complete and responsive proposal is provided.
