Notice of Intent to award against Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA)

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for SEA ATCT and S46 TRACON Major Mechanical Upgrades in Seattle, WA. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. Purpose of the announcement: To inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA.
