DATE: August 13th, 2024 - 9am ET - Mansfield, OH TRACON; 1pm ET - Canton, OH TRACON Vendors interested in attending the site visits must send an email to Angela.Layman@faa.gov no later than 8/12. Include in the email the company the individual(s) will be representing, name, email address, and phone number. All attendees must bring with them a valid government issued ID.

On the date of the site visits, the FAA POC's will be: Ron Hubrich - 224-361-9157 - Main POC Corey Valasquez - 757-944-4418 or 757-272-3260 - Canton, OH TRACON Facility Robert Ricks - 419-934-3970 - Mansfield, OH TRACON Facility 7/25 - Announcement is updated to include Wage Determination for Richland County and Drawings for MFD TRACON The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for refurbishment of the TRACON facilities in Canton, OH and Mansfield, OH.

Specifications and drawings are included as attachments to this announcement. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $250,000 - $1,000,000 A one time site visit will be offered. Details of the site visit will be provided prior to the site visit date. To attend the site visit, all attendees must provide their name, company, email address, and phone number at least 24 hours prior. Requests for Information must be submitted in writing to Angela.Layman@faa.gov by 8/20/24, 4pm MDT.

No RFI's will be answered during the site visit. Responses to all RFI's will be provided via amendment and posted to this announcement Proposal due date and submission requirements can be found in the attachment titled "Solicitation - 697DCK-24-R-00488" This is an unrestricted competition and all offerors qualified under NAICS 236220 may submit an offer for consideration
