Buffalo Air Traffic Control Tower Snow Removal

6/25/2024 Amendment 0001 is added to respond to questions and revise SOW. This solicitation is NOT extended. Please sign and return the amendment with your proposal. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for snow removal and deicing services for parking lot, access road, and sidewalk snow removal within the Buffalo Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Buffalo New York.

This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. Performance Begins 10/1/2024 for a base year plus four (4) option years.

Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory.

To attend the site visit, advance notice must be made by 6/10 at 9:30 AM ET to Patricia Priam at patricia.f-ctr.priam@faa.gov and Melinda Davis at Melinda.davis@faa.gov. Please provide name of company and the name of each person attending the site visit. An email with instructions regarding the site visit will be provided upon your request.
