Rochester Tower Snow Removal

**6/6/2024 Amend Announcement** This announcement is being amended to correct the close date from 6/7/2024 to 6/17/2024 as is listed as the close date in the solicitation document. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for snow removal and deicing services parking lot, access road, and sidewalk snow removal within the Rochester (ROC) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Rochester New York.

This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. Performance Begins 10/1/2024 for a base year plus four (4) option years.

Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory.

To attend the site visit, advance notice must be made by May 20, 2024 9:30 AM Eastern to Patricia Priam at patricia.f-ctr.priam@faa.gov and Melinda Davis at Melinda.davis@faa.gov. Please provide name of company and the name of each person attending the site visit. An email with instructions regarding the site visit will be provided upon your request. Times below will be local time.

5/23/24 at 9:30 AM ET - Rochester (ROC) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) 1375 Scottsville Road, Rochester, NY 14624 Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to the Contracting Officer by the close via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit.

All Questions/Requests for Information must be emailed with the subject 697DCK-24-R-00363 to Patricia Priam at patricia.f-ctr.priam@faa.gov and Melinda Davis at Melinda.davis@faa.gov no later than May 27, 2024 at 9:30 AM Eastern Time. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Responses to all questions will be posted on Sam.gov via Solicitation Amendment. Emails must not be larger than 10mb. Offerors assume full responsibility of ensuring that proposals are received at the place and by the date and time specified above.

Late submittal of proposals will not be accepted. The Government will not be liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of inquiries or responses to this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for costs incurred in responding to this SIR. Responses will not be returned.
