The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a new construction effort for the repair of the damaged plumbing system caused by leaking pipes at the Colorado Springs, CO Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). There is no set-aside for this project. Competition is UNRESTRICTED.

ESTIMATED SIZE RANGE: $50,000 - $150,000 The Request for Proposal, Wage Rates, Scope of Work, Supporting Documents, RFIs and Past Experience Form are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional.

SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Thursday, Feburary 15th at 10am MST. Any vendor interested in attending the site visit MUST email the following information to Angela.Layman@faa.gov no later than 2/13/24 at 2pm MST: -Company of attendee -Full name of attendee -Date of Birth -Drivers License # and State of Issuance QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this project must be emailed to Angela.Layman@faa.gov by Tuesday, February 20th.
