Weed Control Services for FAA Denver Airport Group Facilities at Denver International Airport

Amendment 0001 is to incorporate the Site Visit Sign-In sheet and the Questions and answers document for the Solicitation. No other changes to the terms and conditions of the solicitation. This Solicitation (SIR) is for Weed Control Services for FAA Denver Airport Group Facilities at the Denver International Airport, located in Denver, Colorado to be completed as required in the Statement of Work (SOW) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-24-R-00154.

This acquisition is set aside for small business. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561730 – Landscaping Services. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Site Visit date and time Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 9:30am Mountain Time.

Please email the names of those attending and the name of the company they are representing no later than Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 12:30pm Mountain Time to steven.wallace@faa.gov, Micheas.seyoum@faa.gov, and karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees.

NOTE: MUST BRING A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO SITE VISIT. The address to the Denver TRACON, which is where you will meet at the main entrance, guard desk, is 26705 East 68th Avenue, Denver, CO 80249. Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to Karen McIvor (Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov) via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit.

Questions or comments pertaining to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Karen McIvor at Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov no later than Thursday February 15, 2024 by 5:00pm Mountain Time. Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be made by February 22, 2024 to be added later.

DURING THE SOLICITATION, ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY WITH KAREN MCIVOR, CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, VIA EMAIL (Karen.ctr.mcivor@faa.gov). NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All submissions must be received no later than Thursday, March 7, 2024 by 5:00pm Mountain Time.

Offerors assume full responsibility of ensuring that proposals are received at the place and by the date and time specified above. Late submittal of proposals will not be accepted. The Government will not be liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of inquires or responses to this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for costs incurred in responding to this SIR.
