NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funded – Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Air Traffic Control Modernization Project located in Boston, MA. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA.
