10.15.25 Update: Please note that two (2) Question and Answer (Q&A) documents, dated 10.9.25 and 10.15.25 are now attached to this annoucment. It is critical for offerors to review both Q&A documents as important explanations are found within these two documents. 1) Set-Aside for Certified 8(a) Small Businesses 2) Any questions are due by October 14th by 3 P.M. CT. 3) Proposals are due by November 6th by 3 P.M. CT. Contract will be for Technical, Management, and Administrative Support Services for the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center located at Oklahoma City, OK. Please see the attachments to this posting which include the SIR itself, numbered 6973GH-26-R-00002, along with the 3 (three) attachments listed in Section J.
