The Federal Aviation Administration has the following requirement: LED Lighting System Upgrade at ZTL NADIN Bldg, Federal Aviation Administration, Hampton GA in accordance with attached Statement of Work. All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for NAICS Code: 236210-Industrial Building Construction.

Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M The estimated Project Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this requirement. All pre-construction materials will be reviewed/approved prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A site visit is scheduled for February 25, 2025, at 10:00am ET.

Proposals are due no later than March 14, 2025, at 12:00pm ET. Any proposal received after that time will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
